Subliminal messages are sent to the TI which is done to tempt him into repeating shit to other people and this is done as an evasive psychological technique designed to incriminate them and reinforce the rumors by making it look that way once others hear what they said. While the agents pretend to be gangsters and no one suspects for them to blow their cover. It is all very sophistocated and there are different weirdos coming up to you all the time reciting these evasive psychological techniques to confuse you and make it hard to realize whats going on fast enough.
As long as your running around buying drugs the agents use it as an excuse to keep you under investigation by following you around and busting all the dealers who were set up to deal drugs to you. Thats why there will be someone to pretend like he wants to buy drugs from you and tell you to call around and see what you can do so they can make sure you keep running around trying to make drug deals meanwhile they are the ones who are busting the dealers you are dealing with. This is the excuse they use to request more funds so that they can conduct more counter terrorism operations. And if you dont realize whats going on before its too late someone will try to come after you and kill you because by then these agents have made connections with the main drug dealers involved by convincing them to believe they are the real gangsters who figured out and caught on to you lying about how you were snitching to make themselves look like a bad ass, and because you were being set up this whole time its gonna look that way too. By then the agents dont have to worry about their cover because they earned everybodys trust acting like they knew who snitched on who and that they knew everybody and go on to convince the dealers who the actual snitches were and who was not snitching and they are just lying to cover up all of the people they have placed so they can keep them there. And the main dealer is making deals with the agents the whole time and he keeps feeding the agents with fresh meet who were set up to get busted., Thats why he will never lose because the agents need him and if you don’t stop being set up to take the blame everytime eventually you are going to die also. You just have to be smart enough to figure out the shit they have been pulling the whole time and in time before its too late. Without being able to put the blame on you those agents will be in trouble because they earned everybodys truth will come out but if they pull it off then you will have never been able to them wrong anyways.
These investigations depend on the agents being able to maintain their illusions otherwise their cover is blown and the investigation falls apart. People realize they were pulling some shady shit and it makes them look bad. They were partying with rappers and living it up the whole time they got to enjoy exclusive status from the position they were in. Thats why you get tortured with artificial tinnitus 24/7 once you fuck everything up for them.
Example of some of these evasive psychological techniques presented to the TI in the form of rap lyrics which are very clever in the sense that recognizes professional ability necessary to produce an evasive psychological techniques specially crafted to distract confuse and trick the target into falling for it’s deliberate intent to effectively control them and produce the desired result of making them look incriminating causing people to believe in lies about the TI. In this specific example a narcotics agent could say see, i told you he’s out of control and needs to be under investigation. Or look like they are a lot worse than they really are creating the illusion they caught someone really bad.
