To every Targeted Individual (TI) reading this, let this be clear: violence is not your path to freedom — it’s their trap. They want you to act out. They want to label you as dangerous. They want society to fear you.
And if you do act violently, they win.
It will only reinforce their narrative that TIs are mentally ill, unstable, or delusional. This is why we must never resort to harm, no matter how brutal the harassment, the manipulation, the V2K, or the remote attacks become.
🔍 The Image That Explains the Agenda
This excerpt, allegedly written by Naval Intelligence officer William Cooper in his book “Behold a Pale Horse,” outlines a chilling claim: that government operatives would manufacture mass shootings to create a climate of fear, so the public would beg for gun control.
He describes a project called Orion, where mentally ill individuals (or programmed assets) are subjected to hypnosis and drugs to open fire on civilians — particularly in schools — to stir public emotion and erode the Second Amendment.
For those of us in the TI community, this aligns disturbingly well with what many of us have observed: people being driven to psychosis through directed energy weapons, street theater, and voice-to-skull (V2K) technology.
Some of these people broke. Some were manipulated. But we must understand their stories as warnings — not examples to follow.
🔎 U.S. Shooters Who Claimed Targeting or Heard “Voices”
Below is a list of U.S.-based individuals involved in high-profile shootings who either claimed to be targeted individuals or were diagnosed with schizophrenia or psychosis. Some referenced government harassment, electronic surveillance, or voices in their head urging violence:

- Claimed to be a “targeted individual” and said he was being attacked with microwave weapons.
- Etched “My ELF weapon” into his shotgun.
- Killed 12 people.

- Killed 3 people.

- Delusions about pornographers following his wife.
- Killed 7. Found not guilty by reason of insanity.
🔒 The Mainstream Cases with Similar Patterns
These incidents are widely known, but the narratives rarely mention targeting or covert harassment. Still, the individuals either:
- Reported hearing voices
- Had extreme paranoia
- Believed they were being watched or controlled
Theodore “Ted” Kaczynski (Unabomber)
- Paranoid schizophrenic. Believed he was being surveilled and harassed.
- Killed 3 with mail bombs.
Jared Loughner (2011 – Gabrielle Giffords shooting)
- Ranted about grammar being used for mind control.
- Heard voices. Diagnosed schizophrenic.
James Holmes (2012 – Theater)
- Saw “shadowy figures,” heard voices.
- Kept a journal of delusions.
Russell Weston Jr. (1998 – Capitol Shooting)
- Thought he needed to stop a fake disease and save the world.
- Said he had a transmitter in his teeth.
Travis Reinking (2018 – Nashville Waffle House)
- Thought Taylor Swift was stalking him.
- Believed restaurant customers were CIA agents.
Nikolas Cruz (2018 – Parkland)
- Said a demon voice told him to “burn, kill, destroy.”
Ahmad Alissa (2021 – Boulder Shooting)
- Said he heard “killing voices” in his head.
- Diagnosed with schizophrenia.
⚡ The Pattern: Psychological Manipulation, Implanted Thoughts, Isolation
Every one of these cases shows a disturbing pattern:
- Voices or implanted commands
- Persecution delusions
- Claims of surveillance or harassment
- Sudden break from reality
For TIs, these aren’t random incidents. They look like the outcome of chronic psychological torture and behavioral control experimentation. Whether it’s Project Orion or MKUltra’s spiritual successor, the reality is:
