To be considered for participation in this pre-litigation stage, you must meet one or more of the following criteria:

I am being Electromagneticlly Tortured in Cincinnati Ohio.My top lip pulsates.They force speech..Move head ,fingers,toes,penis,anus and put ppls faces on my face not sure if its holography or Ai but I heard them say sprinkle in Gamma Rays and Ai filter dust or something and they also said they were playing withh their radar guns.I have had the scariest experience..I found cases of Satterfield terrorism and caes of the haunted ppl which is the torture.It can mimick even someone possessed by a devil.I had the voice of god used on me also.They said they would put me in a head bed and call me shit the bed Fred.Then I heard them say oh my fuxking god they know about bowel movements.They had my own mouth saying make Michael shit his pants.They show me websites and images withh my eyes cloeed.They are perverts and need stopped..Its a mental health recovery housing scheme using The Microwave Auditory Complex and Ai possibly Nwo Tortureware

Are pictures of circular red burns on the back of your neck considered evidence? How about an object that’s been burned with a laser and/or a video of someone being attacked and made to freak out on cam? 500+ journal pages, a parent that was diagnosed with Morgellon’s, incurable tinnitus and RLS before they died of lung cansir. <– Their doctor flat out told them they were being targeted, 20+ yrs ago? I'm not sure the dr would go on record today, but, I do have a witness that may testify that the dr said as much. How about proof, in the form of a patent, that shows MK devices were being developed 5mi. away from where the victim lived and at the same time they report symptoms, related to targeting, began?

High pitched frequency and buzzing noises being generated inside my eardrums. Sudden knuckle cracking sounds inside my head to startle or surprise me when i least expect it. Pulsed sounds to annoy me when i am laying down to prevent me from getting too comfortable causing me to toss and turn and resuming again once i turn over to get me out of bed or stand up making sure i am awake. The high pitched ringing in my ears is continuous, self powered and never goes away, the sound follows me everywhere and anywhere even on a plane. It started in 2015. I haven’t slept in over 10 years. Sound being used as a sleep deprivation technique. They can also project coherent voices although it is rare that they do. They are mostly concerned with using sound to keep me awake. Last time i heard voices i think they are only able to Project under certain conditions where i am laying down at a certain level of being slightly relaxed, i almost missed what was said because i wasn’t paying attention when they started talking against the backdrop of the constant ringing noise but it caught my attention almost as soon as they started talking so i was able comprehend what was said and figure out the first part that i missed once i heard the rest of the phrase and comprehend the message. You are probably wondering why we are torturing you, It’s because we don’t like you and that was it. It sounds like they project their voice through the frequency by using the sound waves in their voice to resonate against the oscillations in the frequency which bend and mold it to fit the shape of the contours that are super imposed with their speech even though you cant hear the actual sound of their voice instead the frequency is imprinted to reflect the voices.
In other words the frequency reflects the sound waves that propagate through it. Reflecting voices that were impressed into it and being projected. If you guys can help me find a trace of evidence to prove that this is really happening that would be great. As far as i know there is no way to prove any of this.
I hear alot of incomprehensible gibberish also. You cant make out what they are saying because it sounds like its far away or coming from behind a concrete wall the way it is muffled. But for the most part it sounds like they are screaming the same thing at me over and over again. Piece of shit. Piece of shit. I went through different phases where i went through and experienced different things during each phase. Early on even before the tinnitus started i used to have artificially generated dreams and daydreams among other things they did with me. But about a year into the tinnitus i think the implant responsible for the dreams and daydreams or how they were able to cause a sensation where they were able to divert my attention in a certain direction or so that i would shift my focus or to turn my head to look toward whatever my attention was being alerted to like when i was sick at the grocery store they alerted my attention to the cough syrup to see if i would give in to the power of their suggestion. Well one day i think that implant self destructed because i felt the sensation of energy being released from a high powered microscopic particle as it burned up. which i believed was implanted in my head and responsible for some of the other experiences i was having. I think it had greater control than the one i think is still operating. But after that self destruct sensation i knew they were probably done with certain techniques because i didn’t experience them the same way for the most part. Before the tinnitus started I assumed the dreams were some kind of coincidence where my mind was messing with me and I couldn’t explain so I decided to ignore it and kind of forget about it. Once the tinnitus started i realized that those dreams and sensory events were deliberate at which point i was in disbelief that could even be possible. But the tinnitus is the final battle i think they are counting on me to commit suicide and at this point ive been awake so long and i am completely miserable..
